Are the coaching calls recorded and saved in the app?

Yes, just in case you can’t make a call live you can always catch a replay. We know that your schedule is already full and unexpected situations take place. The recorded call will be posted to the private Facebook group.

Do I need to be on a diet or have an exercise routine prior to joining?

No, we are all at different steps on our wellness journey. PLT can teach any busy woman that:

  • Beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness levels.

  • You don't need a gym membership. You can workout anywhere with minimal equipment.

  • Has a positive mind and attitude.

  • Their dream body is willing to change their current lifestyle.

  • Wants to achieve ideal body and mind while gaining confidence. 

Are payment plan options available?

Yes, all memberships are a 3-6month commitment and invoiced every month. The 1:1 Coaching membership can be paid in full or a 3–6-month payment option. There are also ala carte options to add on to your monthly membership fees. See the Membership tab for more details.
